Grace mixes both traditional and modern styles of Yoga, teaching her students proper alignment through Asana (poses) practice whilst intertwining the spiritual elements of Yoga. With Grace’s calm presence, she will guide you, through movement and stillness, to access your natural state of love, joy and peace.

Kids Yoga
Kids Yoga is a fun and non - competitive activity for children. It integrates yoga philosophy, meditation and mindfulness techniques and teaches children the values of respect, compassion and gratitude. It also helps children to build their self - esteem, understand their emotions and fosters their imagination and creativity.
Grace's classes are structured and fun. She uses songs, games, stories, crafts and yoga poses to engage her students to learn about their emotions and body. For her tweens and teenage classes, Grace incorporates activities which teach stress management techniques, build self-esteem and foster self love.

Art Therapy
Art therapy is the marriage of two disciplines: art and therapy. The creative process involved in making art helps us develop a deeper level of self - understanding, highlighting hidden aspects in our psych. This process involves tapping into our creative selves, a place where we can take risks, break rules and invent new ideas. This is where the real healing and personal transformation takes place.
Grace provides her clients with a safe space to freely express themselves. Through the creative process of art making, Grace will help you unlock the playful, spontaneous and imaginative side of yourself, giving you 'new' eyes on life, supporting your emotional wellbeing.

Flower Essences
The Australian Bush Flower Essences are a form of vibrational medicine, working with the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. It is a 'system of healing’ used to promote emotional wellbeing by clearing blockages and creating balance within the body. They work in a similar way to meditation in that they resolve negative thoughts and beliefs and make conscious the positive aspects of ourselves. They are safe, they have no side effects and are self-adjusting, meaning they will only release what you are ready to let go of.
Grace provides her clients with a warm, nurturing space to explore areas in their life which are not in balance. Through numerology and intuition, Grace will work alongside her clients to identify the most appropriate Australian Bush Flower Essences to address physical, mental, or emotional imbalances.
